EAST COAST TOURS IS A AUTHORIZED VISA AGENT FOR SINGAPORE

The visa team of East Coast Tours carefully prepared the following requirements to apply for Singapore visa based on the information’s / instructions given from time to time by the Consulate General Of the Republic of Singapore in Chennai.

Notice:

• The standard visa processing fee charged is INR  Rs. 1800 ;
• The service fee charged is INR Rs. 650;
• Applicants would be issued with a receipt upon payment of visa processing fee and service fee;
• Applicants would be notified by the Authorized Visa Agents on the outcome of their visa application.

Documents Required:

• Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of arrival; and old passports (if any);
• Duly-Filled Form 14A + 2 photographs (please indicate name behind photo)
  Cover Letter to indicate work designation, travel dates, travelling companions details, who is the sponsor for the trip and purpose of travel.
• For applicant who is self-employed/ Doing Business should provide with Company registered certificate / GST certificate.
• Latest 3-month Pay slip and bank statement required for employed.
• Unemployed to provide latest 3-month bank statements in lieu of salary slips.
• V39A Form if application is supported by a Singaporean company/contact, or Letter of Invitation if application is supported by a Singapore employment pass holder.
• Airline membership details (front and back copy, not mandatory)
